Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order is placed.

4.2 Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

4.3 Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after order processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping (where available): 5-10 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

4.4 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly communicated at checkout.

4.5 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

4.6 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:

  • Check your tracking number for the latest status.

  • Confirm your shipping address is correct.

  • Contact your local post office or carrier.

WobblePaws is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4.7 Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. WobblePaws is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@wobblepaws.com. We will do our best to make changes before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee modifications after processing.
